PLIQUE DMA — legal information

1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from PLIQUE DMA you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You must not be located in a jurisdiction where receiving or using our software is prohibited.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

3. Licence

Upon payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased software for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any PLIQUE DMA software. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, deobfuscate, or extract the source code of our software will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.

4. Device Registration & Hardware Data Collection

By installing and running the PLIQUE DMA loader you explicitly consent to the following:

  • The loader will transmit your hardware ID (HWID), hostname, operating system version, CPU model, RAM, and IP address to our servers each time it authenticates.
  • This information is stored against your account and used for licence enforcement, fraud detection, and support.
  • Each account is limited to a maximum of 2 registered devices. Devices are registered automatically on first authentication. If the limit is reached you must contact support to remove an old device; no new devices can be added until the count falls below 2.
  • Attempting to spoof, forge, or manipulate hardware identifiers to circumvent the device limit constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with any applicable game terms of service and local laws.
  • You may not use our software to harass, harm, or target other individuals.
  • You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your licence.
  • Attempting to circumvent licence enforcement, access other users' accounts, or attack our infrastructure will result in immediate termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

6. Product Availability

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or discontinue any hack or software product from the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

  • Game updates or patches that affect compatibility or functionality
  • Detection events or changes in anti-cheat technology
  • Legal or compliance requirements
  • Technical issues or security concerns
  • Business decisions at our sole discretion

Removal or suspension of a product does not automatically entitle you to a refund or service credit beyond what is provided under Section 8 (Refund Policy). Where possible we will provide advance notice, but we are not obligated to do so.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

  • New subscribers receive a 1-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
  • At the end of the trial your payment method will be automatically charged for the first subscription period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Trials are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
  • Trials are limited to one per person, household, device, or payment method. Attempting to create multiple trial accounts will result in immediate termination without refund.
  • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice.

8. Key Redemption & Authorized Resellers

What keys are

Activation keys are single-use codes sold in bulk to authorized resellers. Each key grants access to a subscription period when redeemed on PLIQUE DMA and can only be used once.

Authorized resellers

PLIQUE DMA maintains a list of approved resellers. Purchase keys only from an authorized reseller or directly at https://plique.io. PLIQUE DMA is not responsible for keys obtained from any other source.

Reseller responsibility

The sale, pricing, availability, and customer service for keys sold through a reseller are entirely the reseller's responsibility. Any dispute about a key purchase must be directed to the reseller from whom the key was obtained.

Reseller payment disputes & chargebacks

If a reseller initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal against PLIQUE DMA in connection with a bulk key purchase, all keys associated with that purchase will be disabled immediately and without notice. End users holding affected keys must contact the reseller directly for resolution. PLIQUE DMA is not liable to end users for any disruption caused by a reseller's payment dispute.

Non-transferable keys

Keys are non-transferable once purchased. End users may not re-sell, auction, gift, or otherwise transfer a key or account access to any other person. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Invalid or fraudulently obtained keys

Accounts created with stolen, fraudulently obtained, or already-redeemed keys will be terminated immediately without refund. PLIQUE DMA reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant reseller and to appropriate authorities.

Becoming a reseller

Reseller arrangements are available to qualifying businesses and individuals. To apply, submit a support ticket at plique.io/help. PLIQUE DMA reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. Approved resellers are bound by a separate reseller agreement in addition to these Terms.

9. Refund Policy

First-time purchases

We offer a 72-hour refund window on first-time purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 72 hours of the original purchase.
  • The software has not been detected or banned on your account during the refund window.
  • You have not previously received a refund from PLIQUE DMA.
  • The subscription is cancelled at the time of the refund request.

Automatic charges (trial conversions & renewals)

If you are automatically charged at the end of a free trial or at the start of a new billing period, you may request a refund within 24 hours of that charge by contacting support. Requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accounts terminated for Terms violations.
  • Partial months or unused days beyond the applicable refund window.
  • Purchases made during promotional or discounted pricing.

To request a refund contact [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Reseller purchases

Keys or subscriptions purchased through a reseller are governed solely by that reseller's own refund and return policy. PLIQUE DMA does not issue monetary refunds for transactions completed outside of https://plique.io.

If a key fails to redeem (e.g. already used or expired), contact your reseller in the first instance. PLIQUE DMA support can investigate key validity but cannot process a monetary refund on the reseller's behalf.

10. Service Availability

PLIQUE DMA software is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Downtime does not automatically entitle you to a refund or service credit.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Our documentation and site may reference or link to third-party hardware vendors, including our partner 0xdma.com, as a convenience. We do not manufacture, sell, or warrant any third-party hardware or firmware. Purchases made from third-party vendors are subject to their own terms, and any dispute regarding such a purchase is between you and that vendor.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLIQUE DMA's liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without refund. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse of support, or any behaviour we deem harmful to PLIQUE DMA or its users. Termination is at our sole discretion and is final.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where PLIQUE DMA is registered.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
